-a better position of the legs through the eyelet adjustable to 0°, 45° or 90°,

-flexibility thanks to the lateral joints covered in rubber that facilitate the grip for the ascent (with a simple touch of the foot the bracket bends gently),

-stability guaranteed by the rubber footboard that ensures a non-slip function, also preventing shocks, 

-heaviness given by the thickness of the bench,

-resistance for the body of the stirrup made of stainless steel.
