Durable wipe-clean elasticated back strap for any horse rugs with D Rings fixed on the back of the rug. Clip across behind the horse's back legs, under the tail, to keep the rug secure.

Does not need to be opened/closed each time. Just undo your belly surcingles and front closures and slide your rug off behind the horse.
