Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. With the nationwide alert down to Level 2, life for most of us is beginning to feel a lot more normal. Our couriers are continuing to work around the clock to clear the backlog of parcels in their system as a result of the recent events and changing shopping habits of New Zealanders. 

All orders placed online are fulfilled at our end each business day. Once the parcel has been loaded into our courier's tracking system and has been collected by our courier, tracking details will be forwarded to you via email. Whilst the backlog appears to be clearing and most parcels are making it to their destination in good time, we are still experiencing some delays, particularly with inter-Island deliveries, so a little extra patience during this adjustment period is very much appreciated.

Click and collect is also available for our local customers and is available within our shop opening hours which are Monday - Friday: 9-5pm and Saturday: 10-3pm. Sunday-Tuesday we are available both online and via email, with flexibility to organise in store and collection by appointment for those unable to visit during our normal shop opening hours.
